Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions are never taken over the phone. When you collect your medication from the chemist you will be given your repeat medication slip. Tick the appropriate box(es) and indicate from which chemist you wish to collect the medication.

Then, either:

• Post your request
• Take it to a chemist
• Bring it to the surgery
• Post it through our letterbox if the surgery is closed
• Fax your request to the surgery (0844 477 8748)

We endeavour to process your request within two working days of receiving it.

Any prescriptions which remain uncollected three weeks from the date of issue will be destroyed by the practice.

In the near future, requests for repeat medication can be sent by email via this website.
